GENOSTRIDE is a tool for reading and visualizing a DNA file already produced by your provider. It does not sequence your DNA and does not turn displayed results into a diagnosis.

Local analysis matches available variants against selected scientific references. Our role is to make the context, level of evidence, and limitations of these associations visible; it is not to assert individual risk, a prediction, or a health decision.

Genetic knowledge evolves and references are not exhaustive. Consult the sources and limitations displayed for each result before drawing any conclusions.

• Local analysis:DNA file, genotype calls, and interpretations — processed locally to display the dashboard.
• Optional AI plan:pseudonymized derived signals and structured questionnaire responses — sent only after consent to generate the plan. The raw file, rsIDs, genotypes, and genes are not transmitted.
• Purchase/restore:non-reversible HMAC footprint of the file hash, access right, and encrypted report — to verify and restore the purchase without an account.
• Support and refund:voluntarily provided contact details, transaction ID, and correspondence — to process the request.
• Newsletter:email address, distinct HMAC fingerprint, language, proof of consent, and subscription status — to send selected updates. This list does not contain any DNA files, rsIDs, genotypes, file hashes, purchases, or reports.

• Optional AI:Google Gemini, solely for the derived signals you have consented to.

• Newsletter:the selected delivery service provider will be listed here prior to enabling data collection. They receive the email address solely to deliver messages and manage unsubscribes.

We do not claim that all processing takes place in a single country. Depending on your location, the subcontractors actually configured, and their safeguards, an international transfer may be required. Up-to-date information on applicable service providers is published here prior to enabling each relevant feature.

• Raw DNA file:no server storage; local erasure via device/browser reset.
• Encrypted report and restoration right:until your voluntary deletion by re-importing the exact same file, or until the service is discontinued. This mechanism is not an account: without the identical source file, we cannot locate or restore the purchase.
• AI signals:not retained by the application after the generation request; technical logs follow the respective vendor's policy.
• Billing and transactions:applicable legal retention period, managed primarily by the payment processor.
• Support:duration necessary for processing, followed by archiving or deletion according to applicable legal obligations.
• Newsletter:until consent is withdrawn or three years after your last contact. After unsubscribing, only a deletion HMAC fingerprint is retained for three years to prevent re-solicitation.

To delete a restorable purchase, re-import the identical original file and use the deletion procedure within the app. This action destroys the encrypted report and the restoration right; it is irreversible.
